Biography
Larry
has more than 20 years experience in management for a variety of clients.
Utilizing prudent management techniques, his background includes: practice
analysis and consultation; staff and practitioner hiring, training and
evaluation; writing and implementing procedural manuals; directing personnel
policy management; establishing and building patient relationships; and
conducting business management seminars.
On
the financial management end, his areas of expertise include: fee analysis
and coding review; development of software for billing and account
management; negotiating with vendors and maintaining open communications;
evaluating operations to ensure best cost-efficiency; designing cash flow
procedures, banking policies and invoice control; and overseeing payroll
preparation and distribution. He also specializes in assisting physician
offices with recapturing old accounts receivables.
In
addition, Larry works with the National Education Center and the Learning
Exchange, vocational schools in Sacramento, CA, teaching medical assisting,
medical billing and office administration classes. |
